This exceptional Guatemala coffee opens with a rich fragrance of chocolate, honey, and nougat, layered with notes of brown sugar and ripe pear. On the cup, you’ll experience a sweet, lingering finish highlighted by red apple, chocolate, and nougat. A mild citric and malic acidity, paired with a milky, smooth mouthfeel and medium body, makes this coffee balanced, comforting, and incredibly drinkable.

Origin Story

Just outside of Pueblo Nuevo Viñas in Guatemala’s Santa Rosa Department, Finca Santa Ana sits between the Tecuamburro and Pacaya volcanoes, just below La Gavia Mountain. At 1,770 meters above sea level, the farm thrives within a humid tropical forest that defines the renowned Fraijanes Plateau.

The 88-hectare farm rests on fertile volcanic soil and has been cultivated by the descendants of Don Lizandro, whose family has grown coffee here since the 18th century. Alongside their passion for coffee, the family has maintained a deep commitment to preserving the land—protecting rivers, forests, and wildlife that sustain the region’s natural balance.
